A light and flavourful dish featuring TMRW Ground as the main protein, wrapped in fresh & crisp lettuce and covered in seasonal toppings.

 1 pack of TMRW Ground
 fresh butter lettuce leaves
 1 tbsp oil of your choosing (avocado, olive, etc.)
 2 clove of garlic, minced
 1 cup sweet onion, diced small
 1 tbsp sesame oil
 ¼ cup hoisin sauce
 1 tbsp sriracha
 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
 ½ tsp red pepper flakes, to taste
 salt & pepper, to taste
Toppings
 vegan sour cream
 crisp radishes, sliced
 cherry tomatoes, halved
 green onions, sliced
 bell peppers, diced

Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add in diced onion and cook until softened.

In a bowl of cool water, let Butter Lettuce leaves soak for extra crispiness.

In a separate skillet, cook TMRW Ground on medium heat.

As TMRW Ground begins to light brown, add garlic and sesame oil. Cook until well-cooked.

Combine hoisin sauce, sriracha, and red pepper flakes. Heat through and then taste and season with salt and pepper, as desired. Add this mixture lightly (to your spice level) to the TMRW Ground and let simmer before removing from heat.

Fill individual leaves of butter lettuce with TMRW Ground mixture and serve with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
