Hearty sautéed mushrooms are the perfect pairing to the juicy and rich vegan TMRW Burger in this Mushroom Melt recipe.

 2 packs of TMRW Burgers
 1 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced
 4 slices plant-based swiss cheese
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp onion powder
 ¾ tsp salt
 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
 2 tbsp olive oil
 4 buns
 1 handful of arugula
 1 handful of sliced red onions
 4 sliced tomatoes
 condiments of choice: vegan mayonnaise, honey mustard, ketchup, ranch

Prepare the burgers by adding all the dry seasoning: the salt, pepper, onion and garlic powders, rosemary and red pepper flakes.

Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add in the olive oil. Sauté the mushrooms with a pinch of salt, then remove on to a plate and set aside.

To that same skillet add the seasoned TMRW Burgers.

Sear the burgers for about 6 minutes and flip them. Sear for an extra 5-7 minutes until the burgers are fully cooked.

Lower the heat to medium-low and divide the sautéed mushrooms on top of the burgers. Then place a slice of vegan Swiss cheese on top.

Cover the skillet with a lid for about 30 seconds to a minute or until the cheese melts. Turn off the heat.

Lightly toast your buns and select your choice of condiments. Add the condiments of your choosing: vegan mayonnaise, honey mustard, ketchup, and/or ranch. Add the toppings of your choosing: sliced red onions, sliced tomatoes.

Top with arugula and add the top bun.
