This delicious wrap brings you a taste of the Mediterranean thanks to a homemade vegan tzatziki sauce that perfectly balances out the roasted herbs and garlic flavours of the TMRW Sausages.
Prepare tzatziki by mixing all ingredients together, set aside.
Cook Garlic + Herb Sausages as instructed on the packaging for 5 Minutes, then slice in half on a bias.
Begin by opening the pita wraps up half-way. Spread a liberal amount of hummus inside, followed by arugula, tomatoes, onions, olives, and finally the sausages. Top with tzatziki, and vegan cheese/hot sauce if desired.
Gently squeeze all the ingredients to the bottom of the pita, and roll it up to create the wrap. Grill the pita in a panini press if available, or enjoy as is.
